Hi my name is Jessica I am Tod’s sister in law. On 12-1-2021 we lost Tod due to complications from COVID19. He is survived by his wife Nikita Shaffer and his sons Dakota, Tod jr, Carson and Maverick, his mother Christiana Carpenter, and brother Timothy Walters. We are doing this fundraiser to help with cost of his funeral and to help with his family. Todd was always one to make the room light up. We miss and love him dearly. May he Rest In Peace.
