Todd Plymale-Mallory (Mind, Body + Soul Mechanic) chose the path to serve individuals and community as a teen. For decades now, Todd has worked passionately to help individuals live empowered lives without pain (physically or emotionally) to achieve their life and performance goals. I met Todd as a teenager while competing on the national level in cyclocross, MTB and road racing, and he helped me be an overall better athlete by opening my eyes to a more holistic approach to training and racing. Having someone like Todd in your corner while trying to achieve athletic goals is a huge privilege that I have been greatly appreciative of. Even since my professional racing days have ended, Todd has remained one of my closest mentors and friends while continuing to support me and my body through injuries and stress from riding and work to live a more balanced life.

Last year, in the wake of the Covid-19 chaos, and during a routine health check up, Todd discovered a cyst growing on his left kidney. After seeing several specialists, it was determined there was no solution but to remove this cyst. On March 8th this year, Todd had over 25% of his Kidney removed to eliminate the cyst. Only after the cyst was removed, Todd was diagnosed with Tubulocystic Renal Carcinoma (A very rare, asymptomatic, and usually fatal cancer).

We are thrilled to announce that Todd is now cancer free, has a low likelihood of remission or metastasis, and is on the road to full recovery. However, this journey (and the time away from his healing practice) has cost well over $60,000, and left financial turmoil it’s the wake.

This fundraising page has been created for Todd to help support him with these enormous expenses associated with his medical care and recovery.
