Todd Neal was a husband, father, brother, grand father and a friend of many. Todd passed away November 13th, leaving behind 3 children and a wife. Todd never met a stranger and was a one of a kind man. He will be extremely missed be everyone. The funds given will be given to the family in order to help with funeral expenses.
