Multiple Sclerosis is a devastating diagnosis. It looks different on everyone and most certainly takes one on a rollercoaster of physical, mental and emotional challenges. I was diagnosed in 2008 and have been in remission with very mild symptoms since 2009. Recently, I decided to run a race as a “bucket list” moment for my upcoming 40th birthday. I ain’t ran anywhere for real since high school! In preparation it hit me one day, “how can I help someone with this awful disease in a real, tangible way?” DJ Sicari was the first person on my mind. 
I am raising money as I run this race to sow a seed and pay forward compassion and kindness. Every dollar you donate will go into his hand to help financially, in whatever way he sees fit. 
He is a long time, super talented DJ, an advocate for inner city youth  and a  hip hop enthusiast, to say the least. He is also my hometown and Kentucky State University alum brotha! He has relocated to Hawaii to heal and live life in a holistic way! Follow him and his clothing line at:
