I’m setting up this page to help my friend Kara get treatment for her dog.
Toca was attacked by two dogs and was left partially paralyzed. She is fighting hard and showing signs of improvement, but the rehabilitation costs are adding up quick.
Unfortunately, the other dogs owner have not offered to cover any of the costs. Kara is a high school teacher and has reached the end of her means.
Please help if you can and give Toca a chance.
