Hello. That's not me in the picture; it's my dog. He's cuter. Alas, he's not running 10k: I am (he will be there to pick up the pieces, though - and he's coming with me when I "train"). I'm not fit, and I'll be rubbish, but I will try to raise some money for British-Ukrainian Aid: it seems to me that that is a priority right now.
