Hello! My name is Shawn, and I'm here on behalf of my friend Toby.

On September 28th, Toby began to suffer multiple micro strokes, coming to a head on Tuesday, Sept 30, when he was rushed to the hospital. After several days of tests and observation, he underwent surgery for a pacemaker to lower his blood pressure due to afib. He is currently scheduled to begin therapy to treat the damage to his motor and speech skills.

He is the owner and operator of "His Hands Unlimited", a contracting business, and has previously served his community both as a dispatcher and a volunteer county deputy.

This fund will be solely for helping with his hospital bills and any other financial disparity he will incur due to his current situation. Any help is appreciated.
