My story began September 7, 2016. I was diagnosed with Stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC). I have a 2-3 cm tumor which I found by doing a self breast exam.
Stage 2 is considered EARLY and BEATABLE!
The plan is 18 weeks of chemo to shrink the tumor and then surgery to fully remove it. After surgery I will have radiation for 7 weeks. It will be a long road and a hard fight but one I will win!
I started this site because my short term disability will not cover all of my living expenses. I hope to return back to work part time in February. I appreciate your support and help! It means so much to me.
