Adam and Danielle have been together 18 years and have two great children who mean everything to them.
Adams dad died of a massive Heart Attack 7 years ago this March.
They lost Adams mom just two weeks ago to Heart Failure and Cancer and had to miss two weeks of work to drive down to South Carolina to help take care of the estate and funeral.
Only a week after they came home Adam collapsed on the softball field thinking he just had shortness of breath and after extensive testing they found that he has 3 major blocked arteries and needs a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft surgery. He will be unable to do much of anything for 6 weeks after surgery and unable to work for at least 3 months..as you can imagine the financial burden will be to much for them to handle. Adam unfortunately does not have disability insurance. If you could please find it in your heart to donate any amount and keep him in your thoughts that would be greatly appreciated!!!
