To the Family of Our Beloved Brother Lance Mercy

On May 14th, 2020, our beloved Brother Lance Christopher Mercy tragically passed away in a car accident while back home in Maryland. Lance was a tremendous young man who made an impact on everyone that he met. Lance cared deeply about the brotherhood of Sigma Alpha Epsilon as he showed with his involvement and unconditional love for everyone. Lance was very gifted and was getting ready to take over our treasurer position this December. Lance touched all of our lives and had such a tremendous impact on our organization, and it's even more heartbreaking because we all knew he was just getting started.

The Brothers of Sigma Alpha Epsilon here at Florida State would like to raise as much money as possible to help make sure everyone who comes through the doors of Florida Beta knows exactly who Brother Lance Christopher Mercy is. Lance excelled both in and out of the classroom which is why the Mercy family would like to set up a scholarship fund in Lance's honor. We are grateful to have been able to share countless memories with our brother and friend. We please ask that you help contribute to this scholarship fund by donating as much or as little as you feel compelled.
