We are a group of friends trying to raise money for a good friend of ours named Zeb. That he is 15 years old and has worked for everything he has. And he was in a terrible crash with a side-by-side. And he is in the hospital for a couple days and has already undergone two surgeries. But even when he is in the worst pain possible, he is still worried about other people.
We're reaching out with a heavy heart and a simple ask for help. Zeb recently faced a life-altering incident that has left him battling physical and emotional wounds.
Zeb was having some end-of-summer fun with his sister and friends; he was on his dirt bike, and his friends and sister were on their four-wheelers when Zeb was struck head-on by a drunk driver on a side-by-side, turning this fun day with friends into a nightmare. The impact was devastating, and Zeb bore the brunt of it, suffering severe injuries.
His sister, witnessing the horrifying scene, quickly called for help, and he was rushed to Marquette General Hospital, where he underwent multiple surgeries to address his badly broken wrists, now held together by plates and screws. But the scariest part? Zeb suffered a massive concussion, resulting in short-term memory loss. Zeb could only remember 15 seconds at a time, asking what had happened repeatedly for hours.
Those who know and love Zeb will tell you he is no ordinary kid. Zeb knows his road to recovery will be challenging, yet he faces it with grit and determination. The same determination that led him to work tirelessly at just 13 years old, saving every hard-earned penny to purchase the dirt bike he loved so much.
The hospital bills are stacking up, and we are asking for your help to make sure he gets the care he needs. Every little bit counts, and your generous contributions will support Zeb's recovery, covering medical bills, therapy, and any additional support needed during this challenging time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your prayers, kindness, and support during this difficult time. If you have any questions or if there's anything else you can do to help, please don't hesitate to reach out.
