Mr Vik, For many of us you were and will forever be a leader, “boss”, a mentor, charge nurse, part of the Mauritius gang of Ipswich Hospital/woodlands, residences les barachoise and many many more things that’s you allowed us to know but ultimately you are one of a kind who not once hesitated in defending us, a mentor but ultimately a friend.

You have indeed have touched many peoples lives for the better.

It’s people like you that make this world a much better place and for that we cannot thank you enough.
