To receive my teachers certification

As you know, I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU), I was pursuing my MA degree. Unfortunately, I lost both of my parents in the process and could not complete the program. I currently have the opportunity to receive my teacher's certification. However, I am indebted to NEIU for $2700, and I am seeking my teacher's certificate; I cannot pay that amount, and therefore I am reaching out to you and other friends to help me defray this cost. Any help will be appreciated.
