The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the leading organisation supporting people with Multiple System Atrophy, a rare neurological disease with no cause or cure,  it is essentially similar to the well documented case of former Rugby player Rob Burrow, although there are some differences, join me in making a difference by supporting a good cause!
