My name is Robert Polniak I work for Salesforce Chicago I'm a porter my dad passed away last week he was he was buried on 6-27-22 I am fundraising for my dad he was such a great person great father great husband great grandfather I love them so much last two years was very hard he was real sick in and out of the hospital he was on oxygen 24 hours a day the last two weeks before he passed he was in ICU all his organs started to shut down he was on a b breathing machine life support he suffered so bad the hardest thing was making the decision the hardest decision shutting off the life support he's in a better place now in heaven with my mom no more suffering for my pops I love so much my guardian angel I will appreciate anything will help I will use the funds to pay the funeral medical bills I feel so embarrassed to ask for help anything will help thank you
