Luis medical fund sponsored by Dale

 Hello Evereyone, this is Dale Edgehill and I am the sponser of this Go Fund me Page for Luis. Luis is a long time friend/ co-worker of mine , please Help Luis in this tragic moment in his life,Luis  was ran over by a truck by 36street Manhatten, NY which left him in crucial conditions. His face has nearly all its bones broken, has lost eyesight in his right eye, and will be incapable to talk for a few months after reconstructive surgery.  

We are rallying all friends, family, and associates to help him during this time. The donations will be used towards all of Luis's Medical and Household expenses, as he will no longer be physically able to work for quite some time.
