PLEASE SUPPORT MY MOM AFTER HER BAD ACCIDENT
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Deborah unfortunately my life has been turned upside down due to a traumatic accident on 10/13/23. Early morning on 10/13 I was on the road heading to N.C to accompanying my good friends uncles funeral, when the vehicle I was in hydroplaned and went down into a ditch, and as I tried to turn the wheel from not going head on with the trees in front of us, it caused the vehicle to slam into the tree on my side (with that being the cause of my injuries today.) On the morning of the 13th I was so happy I graduated from a program in D.C, which helped me get through the first part of my licensing for real estate me and my kids celebrated that afternoon and I prepared to go assis my friend (w/sleep apnea)to the funeral. It had been raining all that night into the morning so I tried to stop at a service station to wait for the rain to die down and that's when the accident occurred it took 2 1/2 hours to get me out of the truck, and my friend that was riding with me, he flew out of the window on the passenger side (w/his seatbelt on)my legs were crushed by the engine, (which came inside the car)so I trapped by my legs, I was hanging out of the window in my seatbelt and unable to move. I was flown to VCU trauma hospital and for four days I don't remember anything I have a severe concussion broke both of my femurs Both of my feet were crushed and broken and my left leg had to be remade by plastic surgery. I've had 12 surgeries so far and 2 more scheduled for 1/31 and 2/2. So after the last one in Richmond I was transferred to DC. I was sent from VCU to a place called Bridgepoint hospital in Capitol Hill. While there. I was treated terribly I was left in my own feces. There were days that would go by without my wound care being addressed in which caused me to get a blood disorder. I was in a room, the size of a closet with no heat nor hot water once I made a complaint to the quality control personnel, they discharged me to a rehabilitation facility in Hyattsville Maryland (in which they did fraudulently) I still had broken legs and needed more operations, so placing me in rehab made no sense when I can't even stand up. While all of this is occurring my home, and my children still need to be cared for. I am very blessed to have a cousin, (who has altered her busy schedule to help me with my children as well as her kids )my cousin is a single mother that works a very modest job to keep her family ok. So I have tried to support my children by helping her, for helping me in this trialing time. Unfortunately, my mother just passed away and I have been trying to get my finances back up to par since that happened. I have prayed for God to heal me as fast as he can so I can go back home to be with my sweet babies that miss their mom so much. once I heal up, I was told it would probably take about three years therapy before I ever walk again I walk in faith, knowing that God is in control and I know that I can pull through this like everything else. I am in need of financial help due to the circumstances and I pray that whomever Reads this feels my sincere request.
I would like to thank in advance to all that cares about humanity. I pray that I can get back to my dog grooming business or continue with my real estate classes to become a licensed agent. Every donation is highly appreciated and will help so much till I can walk again. I'm currently at Washington hospital center and have been hospitalized since October. from my family to all,we say thank you so much for the love. May God watch over us all AMEN!!
