Hello all,

For the last six years my dear friend David Morales had been fighting a rare and aggressive type of brain cancer. David heartbreakingly passed away on 4/22/2026 at the age of 33, after a long battle, which he stayed strong till the very end.

His family has spent thousands of dollars paying for endless rounds of chemo, surgeries, and even traveling to the Mayo Clinic these last 6 years. David’s final months had been excruciatingly difficult on his family emotionally and monetarily as he needed extensive end of life care and medical intervention.

The family’s dollar has been stretched extremely thin through this experience. If you are able to donate towards David’s funeral expenses, that would take an extra weight of the family’s shoulders as they try to grieve this amazing young man who was taken too soon.

David was an admirable young man who was selfless, intelligent, and extremely faithful. Throughout everything David went through in his life, he always had a good sense of humor, joy in his heart, and was the bravest person I knew. David had a dream of becoming a Catholic priest and wanted to serve his community and God. It is important we remeber him as the lovely young man he was and not let the illness he suffered from overshadow the memory of a bright young man, which is why a proper funeral is so important to honor his life.
