Hi, my name is Heather(Jacob's sister) I'm trying to help raise money for the cost of the memorial and any expenses for his arrangements would be helpful. Jacob sadly passed away in a tragic house fire friday morning. Jacob was such a sweet and caring soul. He was only 31. We love and miss you so much. His memories will be cherished. He had such a big heart. He will never be forgotten. He was always able to light up a room.
