Judah was the kind of person that brightened a room instantly with his presence and happiness, it was contagious. A truly sweet soul. On November 8th, 2020 Judah Ibeh-Bartley, son of Norah Adewumi and beloved by friends and family alike, he tragically passed away in a car accident. He lit up any room he walked into and He was such a caring and healing soul.
