This is very hard for me to ask for help like this but I'm about to be homeless. I was diagnosed with M.S. a few months ago and I need back surgery. I've been waiting for months to start treatment for MS and after waiting a month to see the surgeon, he doesn't want to do surgery until they can confirm that it isn't M.S. related.

I have been out of work since 8/25 and still out now. I have another MRI scheduled for 10/26. I have been waiting for my short term disability to kick in from my work. Today I was approved for $25 a week and they told me I would need to go through the state, which I'm trying now but I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks for them to process.

My car payment is late, I had to borrow money for rent last month. My bank account is overdrawn. Basically everything is late and I have my dogs to feed. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you
