To help our friend Lance with vet bills

This is Lucy, a friend of Lance’s, sharing the story of Jadah’s life.

Lance got Jadah in December of 2015 and they were immediately buds. They would go explore, hike, and hike together in their free time. I remember every time we would hang out she would be at his side, like a little shadow. If Lance ever walked away, we would be sitting next to her trying to play and pet her, but she was always more worried about where he was. They were best buds.

Jadah was a huge emotional support in Lance’s life. She was there for him during a career change in 2019 and recently as Lance has gone back to school. He has had a major lifestyle shift as he pursues his new goals all with Jadah by his side.

Last Thursday, June 30th, Lance woke up to Jadah unable to get up and was behaving abnormally. Lance rushed Jadah to the emergency vet, and she was in and out of the office for several days until she was put to rest this morning, July 5th peacefully at home with Lance. She went comfortably and was not in any stress because of the love Lance has for her.

Unfortunately, Lance is now left with a series of medical bills due to triaging her recent medical concerns but does not have his friend to bring home with him. If you have any means in relieving this burden for him it would mean the world to him and would support him in this hard time.
