Hi my name is Teaka Jones, I am a mom of 3 beautiful kids, and a wife to a fabulous man. My husband curtis Jones has autoimmune hepatitis. He got a liver transplant in 2009. He was 17 years old, now he is 33. He had a job, he has a family. And his liver has gone into chronic rejection, he was sent to Vancouver on March 19th 2026, the transplant team found he was going into acute rejection. They treated him for that, we came home on Wednesday april 8th 2026. We thought he was on the list for re-transplant, apparently not, by Saturday April 11th, I asked him to go to nelson hospital and he did. The Dr's there, told him his kidneys were shutting down. Now we are back in hospital and just learned he isnt on the transplant list. My husband will pass without the transplant. He will most likely stay in a hospital bed until his transplant (if they allow it) our children, dont have their mom and dad right now. They have family, thank goodness for that, however this process has completely shattered my pride, we need help to pay for our bills, our kids, and travel while my husband fights for his life. Any help is appreciated, whether monetary or prayers to whatever God anyone precieves.. curtis has people who love him, his family, his kids, friends, me. We all need him to live.. these funds will be used for the needs of our family through this hard time. Thank you to everyone.
