Robbie Davis Medical - Help for Family

My name is Kylie and I am asking for prayers and help right now due to medical hardship for my husband Robert Davis. He had surgery on January 1st to remove what they thought was fluid coming from his heart out of his chest. He stayed a week in the hospital and has been home since then. Unable to work or do anything he has suffered and been in pain. He has had regular visits to the doctor due to his wounds not healing. We found out yesterday that there is more fluid in his chest and he now has a serious infection in his wounds. He is going back into the hospital for possibly another surgery to drain the fluid and to help fight the infection. We are putting our pride aside and asking for help. He has missed work since January 1st without pay due to not being able to get short term disability. Any amount will go towards helping our family stay a float while he is battling this illness for bills that I cannot cover of my paycheck alone, groceries, gas, food for the boys while I go back and forth to the hospital, and medical supplies again when he comes home. We spent over $300 alone in medical supplies since January 1st to keep his wounds clean. We know that God loves us and believes in us and he is going to make a way for someone to see this and lay it on their heart to help. A friend told us this morning to not be prideful in what we need, to put our story out there and let God lead people to us. Robbie has been a heart patient since 2006 and we have learned to live with the struggles that medical issues can cause, but this time without him being paid has caused a financial burden we are truly suffering from.
