Hi, my name is Dwayne I am a single dad I have a son that’s named Kadin he has a lot of health problems and goes to Duke Children’s hospital. And Levines Children’s Hospital. And a lot of more things that he has to go to Kayden has type one diabetes. Kidney disease liver disease? Had a cecostomy tube but in March I have to buy stuff for it that insurance want buy somethings want give enough and Kadin has a lot of pain and is on amitriptyline and gabapentin. He has high blood pressure because the kidneys won’t clean off. And has a lot more that is wrong with him. I am the stuff I have to buy for Kadin has made it hard on me financially to pay my bills and buy gas. Get him to his doctors if anyone can help sure appreciate it. Thank you.
