My name is Cheryl Finger Blair. My older brother has had several health setbacks in the last 5-7 years: 3 cancer surgeries, back surgery, and recently, open-heart surgery. Although he and his wife have social security and he works part-time, like many of us, they barely get by month-to-month. Don cannot work his part-time job during his recovery until the doctor releases him to work.
