Jerry is 49  years old. Jerry’s wife  Jen is taking care of his 5 children 3 have an  autism DX and they are dependent  on Jen to provide for all of them. JERRY has decided to no longer seek treatment  from  of complications from type 1 diabetes , heart failure  , kidneys failure,  liver function , eye sight  is going in right eye  and many more issues. There are many cost in this time and Jen needs to be home and unable to work. No diasibilty payment , no SS  disability nor life insurance due to health issues.  Jen needs to buy equipment , co pays , hire  help and support the kids emotionally. She helps so many and wont ask for help. She also has the  court trail March 2 lasting 5 days for her assault case  and wont ask for help. Please if Jerry or Jen over the many years touched you , pray for them and the family. Just know any amount even a dollar will help her take care of the family and she can care for her too.
