Having Surgery and keeping my home

Hi my name is Kelly and im in need of help. I need to have surgery on my arm do to an injury. I will be out of work possibly 3 months.

I work at the y as a housekeeper and im a hard worker and never ask for help but i need to now or i will potenatly lose everything. I m just trying to keep a roof over my head and pay my bills and keep food in my puppys food bowl.

I know things are tight for every one right now but even 5 dollars would help.
