To help Glodek’s family with medical bills

Anna’s devastating journey,

It is absolutely heartbreaking story to hear what Anna and her family is going through since Anna being 6 months pregnant with her fourth child was admitted to Edwards hospital in Naperville due to a Covid-19 infection. She was placed in drug induced coma and intubated due to Covid-19 complications. Being surrounded by great doctors, they made a decision to perform emergency C-section to save both Anna and baby’s life. Little Dalia is currently in incubator .

Anna is 39 years old and married to Wojtek since 2008. She is a wonderful wife and mother to four beautiful children Livia(8), Antoni(3), Gabriel(9 months) and their little 1 week old Dalia to whom Anna gave a birth being 6 months pregnant. The entire family started to experience Covid-19 symptoms week before Thanksgiving. While kids and Wojtek were experiencing mild symptoms, Anna being 6 months pregnant started to experience severe symptoms and was taken by her husband to Edwards Hospital in Naperville. Due to her lungs damage caused by Covid-19 Medical staff made a decision to placed Anna in drug induced coma and she was intubated. Couple days later she had a C-section and little Dalia was born. Unfortunate couple days later Anna’s fever went to 106 degrees and she was diagnosed with Sepsis.

All these recent and unexpected events changed this family’s life. Anna and Dalia fighting for their life at Edwards Hospital. Wojtek, Livia, Antoni and Gabriel staying at home waiting for their wife, mother and sister to comeback home and finally be able to play, laugh, eat dinner as a whole family should!!!!

I decide to lunch this GoFundMe campaign to help support this devastated family with their medical expenses and bills during this extremely difficult time for them. It’s hard for me to imagine not only as a friend for the past 20 years but as a husband and father what Glodek’s family is experiencing.
