Hey, did you know that there are over 500 thousand homeless people in America? Did you also know that there’s over 331 million people in America did you also know the people in America throw away over 330 million pounds of food every day did you also know that there are 2.43 billion acres of land in America were you also aware that the federal reserve burns about $26 million per day but yet we have people on the streets of America with no food and no place to live crazy… Hey my name is Keith Emmons and I’m the founder of BigBrotherHelpingHands, which is a nonprofit organization for the less fortunate and as I sit down to write this memories from my childhood flood my mind. When I was growing up, my siblings and I went through a rough time. We were placed in foster homes with people who didn't care much about us. There were times when we didn't have enough food to eat, decent clothes, or even shoes. I know what it feels like to go without food and not have a place to call home.
That's when I decided to start the nonprofit organization Big Brother Helping Hands. Our mission is to provide food and clothes to those who need it most, with the hope of one day being able to house the homeless as well. It's a big task ahead of us, but I know that we can all make a difference when we work together.
That's why I'm reaching out to you today. I believe that our organization can achieve greater heights if we join forces. By partnering with us, we can pool our resources and work towards a common goal, which is to end homelessness in America, one person at a time.
Every little bit counts in this fight against homelessness. Your support will go a long way in making a positive impact on the lives of those who are less fortunate. We can help anybody but everybody can help somebody
