To help combat the stigma around men’s metal health

As people will know, a dear friend of ours Nathan Slater, bravely fought his battle with mental health but eventually couldn’t fight anymore. we are coming together to raise awareness and funds to combat the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. Nathan's journey inspires us to create a supportive environment where men feel empowered to seek help. We are aiming to honor his legacy and ensure that others receive the understanding and resources they need. Let’s unite in Nathan’s memory and work towards a future where mental health is openly discussed and normalized. Thank you for your support and generosity.

We are coming together on the 5th of January 2025 and climbing Ben Nevis in aid of the charity us and the family decide on. Anyone that wants to get involved and join us on the day is more than welcome.
