Hi, my name is Jaana Parviainen.

My Little Man, Alexander (Alex) has unfortunately been diagnosed with bilateral perennial hernia. He’s got hernias on both sides of his upper back side, on one side his bladder has moved from its position and is protruding through his muscles. This presents a serious problem as it is pulling with it the artery connected to the bladder which can cut the blood supply and kill the organ and other organs.

Alex has spent the weekend at AURA Veterinary hospital in Guilford (previously Fitzpatrick oncology and soft tissue) with catheter attached to try and keep the bladder where it should be. Now he needs emergency surgery.

Unfortunately, Alex is uninsured. The estimate at the moment is at 10K.

This little dog has helped me through life’s sticky situation so many times, I want to do right for him which I believe is to give him the best chance possible. I won't be putting him through multiple operations. This is his chance.

Any help with the costs would be hugely appreciated, no matter how small!
