Hi, my name is Iona Mclellan i have a 16yr old son called Kim, he's in his 5th year at Ellon academy. We moved to Ellon 6 and a half years ago and its been the happiest years of our life, especially for my myself and my well being. We would love to stay in Ellon if possible but that would mean renting which means having a deposit upfront which I don't have. My son has a Saturday job here in ellon that he absolutely loves and its been really good for his mental health and confidence. Regardless whether the council rehome us far from here or we are able to find somewhere local we would still need to hire a removals company for our furniture etc. We don't have much so we wouldn't need a big lorry as some of the furniture came with the house so we obviously wouldn't be taking everything.

I am a diagnosed agoraphobic with severe anxiety and I have specific mobility problems that can vary from day to day. Most importantly my son has a life here and I will do anything to help keep that stability and happiness in his day to day life so any support at all ,no matter how small will go towards giving Kim a life he deserves and very much enjoys and also help keep me in an environment that has done wonders for me.
