Hello.

My name is Jaydan Okunola and I am the founder of The TCS Foundation CIC. At Tomorrow's Changed Society, we envision a better tomorrow where children have grown up nurtured and supported. TCS has a keen focus on young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly those at risk of school exclusion or disengagement. We provide early intervention and mentorship to ensure that they stay on track. Too many disadvantaged children are disproportionately excluded and criminalized, often becoming involved in crime or the justice system after school exclusion. We're here to help break these cycles.

The TCS Foundation also focuses on empowering students by turning them into the leaders of tomorrow. We operate Assemblies in School, fostering individual thought on societal and civic issues to raise awareness and build perspective within students. These are also poised at inspiring tomorrow's society.

On top of this, our bespoke mentoring programme, designed and delivered by trauma-experienced and informed mentors have already had impact in children's lives. This is close to the heart of the founder, being a child growing up in care, who had to navigate life's nuances with no role models. This cannot be the case for all our children.

Lastly, we run staff training session, inset days, twilights and courses both online and in person aimed at informing teachers 'how to help young people flourish', especially those who are trauma-experienced and are displaying symptoms of such.
