5 years ago Moises was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer, a rare type of cancer in which his prognosis was only 3 months of life. We praise God for 5 years of faith and perseverance that along with chemo and treatment kept the cancer and tumor incapsulates for some time.

 

Moises and his family’s journey has been one only fit for a warrior. In the midst of fighting for his life, his business caught on fire damaging everything inside. As the bread winner he was left feeling defeated, but he stared defeat in the face and continued to fight! He started doing everything possible to get his business up and running again while taking on another source of income buying and selling cars, this along with his beautiful wife, Monique’s job have provided for their family.

 

September 27th Moises was rushed to the hospital due to severe back pain. Doctors found that the cancer has spread and the tumor growth is pushing against all of his internal organs causing severe pain.

With his blood pressure being at its highest and potassium level at its lowest, dangerously close to a stroke, Moises, yet again defeated the odds and continues to push through.

Hospice was brought up as an option for care but Moises refuses to accept anything less than what God has for him, so he continues to fight.

 

Worship, prayer, fasting, communion and standing in agreement with everyone who is believing with him is what has been fueling Moises to continue fighting for his life and for his family.

 

It is our hope and prayer to ease some of the burden of cost that this illness has brought to their family so Moises can focus on healing.
