To be able to visit my Dad in the hospital

Hi, my name is Nicci and I’m fundraising for myself . Recent financial issues have left me strapped. I’ve been working odd jobs that pay some of my bills but that’s it. I live in CA and my Dad is in MN. ANY help is appreciated. I just need to get support to go towards flight , food and gas or Ubers. I’m at a complete loss for what to do. I have my own medical issues that have me limited on things I can do. I would be visiting MN for a week.

Ive had to move 3 times in the last year. I know a lot of folks are struggling out there. If I were in a position to help anyone I do and I would.

This is not easy to ask for. I’m being vulnerable.

Im not sure what else to say except please help if you can .

I will be flying into Minneapolis March 5th -March 13th. 

I’m squeezing in this visit prior to my own drs appointment with my orthopedic surgeon which is mid March. I’ll be having knee surgery and will do rehabilitation and physical therapy for the knee. 

Then as soon as I’m ready I’ll be headed back to Minneapolis to visit with my Dad and family more. 

Funds are going towards my flights, transportation, gas, food, hotels and possibly a car rental. 

I’ve been looking into renting a car and I can’t believe how expensive they are . It’d be great to do that otherwise I’ll rely on Ubers and rides from family and friends. Though a car would help me to get back and forth from Minneapolis to Rochester when needed. 

It’s all coming together beautifully. 

I can’t thank you all enough for the support and generous donations . 

I fly out of Oakland which is about 2-3 hours away depending on traffic . 

Also having to pay for parking ️. 

It all adds up fast.
