Hi everyone!

It’s that time of year again, when we come together to help make the Holiday Season as warm and joyful as possible for the residents of Somerset Ridge Center. This is our 5th year running this fundraiser and it will undoubtedly be the most meaningful one yet.

In past years, my meme, my mom, and I would sit together and talk about what the residents might enjoy most, what small comforts or gifts would bring them joy. This year my meme will be shining from above. She lived her life in service to others and this fundraiser meant as much to her as it does to me.

So, in her honor, I’m asking once again for your support. Whether through a monetary donation or by giving your time, to help brighten the holidays for the residents of Somerset Ridge Center. My goal this year is to gift them stuffed animals or baby dolls to bring a bit of comfort and connection. We individually visit each residents room to deliver the gifts but moreover, to have meaningful conversations with them. That’s what creates connection.
