We are raising money to assist the Vermilyea  family with upcoming expenses. Earlier this    week, Joe Vermilyea, a lifelong West Sayville   resident suddenly passed away, leaving his wife Kristen and daughters, Mary and Lucy.   Mary is a class of 2020 graduate and the Class President. She will be starting college in the fall.   Lucy is entering 8th grade at Sayville Middle School.
