My name is Sarah, and I'm trying to help raise money for my friend Nikki. This is her story in her words:

"I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma in my early 20s, which also would later cause a heart attack at 33 years old... I had to have a hysterectomy recently and was also diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I need to have treatments until around March, so I'll be out of work for a while :( This has been a whirlwind, not only for me but for my family and boyfriend. They've been helping me tremendously, which is also why I'm reluctant to ask for help. I attempted to apply for a grant but was denied. I do get food assistance, thank God! I'm just trying to help with my end of the bills since my boyfriend and I have our own place and additional food and life costs. So many of you have reached out, donated, and shown love already, and it means the world to me! Thank you in advance even for taking the time to read my story."
