Hi, my name is Ros Scheving.
After my brain cancer and stroke, I'm now severely handicapped and have been totally bedridden for over a year.
My husband is my full-time caregiver, and we are trying to make it possible for me to stay at home as long as we can.
However, our medical expenses have been mounting, making my wish to stay home very difficult.
The additional medical expenses and cutbacks in Medicare benefits, which used to cover some of my monthly supplies have put us in a very tough position.
Being on a fixed income, along with the increase in prices and the added medical expenses, I’m afraid we won't be able to afford it much longer.
Unfortunately, I’m now put in a position where I need to ask for help and am asking for donations for my medical expenses.
Any funds we raise will be used for the sole purpose of my medical expenses and your help would be greatly appreciated.
