Hey Friends and Family,

As most of you know, my Dad was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Adenocarcinoma.

He currently has a tumor in his brain along with 3 lesions, a mass in his lung, and several smaller masses in a few of his lymph nodes.

He had his Medi-port put in this last Tuesday, and was supposed to begin radiation today. However, yesterday, he had some sort of episode that mimicked that of a grand mal seizure. He was taken via ambulance to CRMC. He is currently back in the hospital, undergoing many tests and bloodwork to try to figure out what happened.

My Dad is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He is the most genuine, down-to-earth, loving man I've ever met. He is known to stop for strangers in the middle of a storm to help them on the side of the road. He is the type of person to quite literally give you the shirt off his back, the shoes off his feet, and the last dollar to his name.

My Dad is a GOOD man. Both of my parents are good people. Both would go out of their way to help anyone in need.

They would never ask for it, but they need all the prayers they can get right now.

With all of these hospital stays, ambulance rides, and medical treatment, bills are going to be piling up quickly. We're still uncertain what insurance will cover, but we know it won't cover all of it.

If you have the means to, it would mean so much if you could donate to help pay for his bills. Again, he would never ask. In fact, knowing this, he's still gone out of his way to bless others in anyway he can, including giving people money or buying them something they need.

If you are unable to donate, that is okay. We just ask that you continue to keep him and our family in your prayers.

Our family wants to thank each and every single one of you who have prayed for my Dad, shared our GoFundMe, and donated.

Many have asked for an update, and while we still don't have all the answers, yet... we wanted to let you know what we do know for now.

Dad is still undergoing treatment, taking pills for his cancer at the moment. He had an hour round of radiation back in May, which significantly impacted the mass and lesions he had. God is Good.

He recently had an appointment where they did confirm that they found another small mass that has developed on his brain. We are waiting to hear the plans for treatment for that one. The doctor also did confirm that he has multiple moles that are skin cancer on his body that will need to be removed.

Dad is a fighter. The medication has been making him very tired, and sometimes makes him sick. He's still going, though, helping whoever he can, whenever he can, and the doctors continue to seem optimistic.

Please continue to pray for my Dad. He is strong, and we serve a Mighty God.
