Hi, my name is Kevin (with help from Jack) and I’m fundraising on behalf of Nordiks Odhiambo, a 21-year-old young man with a bright future who recently suffered a serious leg injury.
Nordiks sustained a comminuted fracture (a bone shattered into multiple pieces) in his lower right leg. The injury is severe and requires urgent orthopedic surgery, including plates, screws, and possibly rods to reconstruct the leg. Without timely treatment, he risks permanent disability or long-term complications.
Nordiks is an active, passionate young man from our local community who has always been involved in youth sports and helping others. This injury has not only left him in pain but also uncertain about his future.
We are currently receiving care at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. While the hospital is doing its best, the cost of surgery, medication, physiotherapy, and implants is more than the family can afford. The current expenses have already started building up, and more is needed to proceed with the operation.
We are asking for your help to raise KSh 250,000 (or approximately $3100 AUD) to cover:
• Surgical implants (plates and screws)
• Surgery and anesthesia
• Hospital stay and medication
• Post-surgery physiotherapy
Every donation — no matter how small — will bring us closer to giving Nordiks the treatment he urgently needs. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign with others.
Thank you for your support, prayers, and kindness during this difficult time.
