Little Emma Hope was born on March 26th 2014. She was born with a heart defect and had multiple surgeries to try and fix it including reconstructive heart surgery. She also had a central shunt put in and had gastrostomy tube surgery. Little Emma passed away on the morning of May 3rd 2015. We named her campaign "Smiles for Emma Hope" because of her infectious smile that was always on her face. Her family did not have life insurance on and needs our help and support to lessen this burden. Lets all do what we can to take this financial worry away from the parents and show them they are loved. Thank you all for your help.
