My Aunt Nancy was a miracle person. She was the kind of funny that could turn your day around and anyone who knew her or met her could feel her warmth and genuine kindness. Nancy poured life and love into every interaction, whether she was at work with her co-workers, getting her tire changed, or at the grocery store talking to a cashier, Nancy was good to people. As her niece, I don’t have a single memory of her that doesn’t include laughter and fun. She created sunshine anywhere she went and she will be missed by so many, more than words can say.
Nancy lived with her father and mother, John and Joan Rocha, and raised her two sons as a single mother. She continued to live in the house with her parents after her sons grew up and moved out, and she was there when her dad John went to heaven in December, 2020. His passing was heavy on our family and his absence has been difficult.
Nancy was admitted to the hospital on October 25th and passed away on November 3rd, 2023. It was sudden and severe and has left an irreparable hole in our hearts. We know that the world was a much better place because Nancy White existed. We started this GoFundMe to help her two sons, Steven (33), Adam (27), and her Mother, Joan with funeral costs to provide Nancy the memorial that she deserves.
The world is dimmer without Nancy’s radiant light but I hope we can honor her this way.
If you knew Nancy White, worked with her, interacted with her, or were ever touched by her warmth and kindness, if she ever made you laugh or smile, please consider donating to help her family.
Thank you so much.
