This isn’t easy for me to do, being vulnerable is not something that comes naturally to me, as I’m not someone who usually asks for help. However, my heart is heavy, and my family back home in Jamaica desperately needs support right now.

Hurricane Melissa has torn through their lives, leaving behind destruction that words can hardly capture. Homes that once held laughter are now gone. Workplaces that provided stability have been destroyed. Access to food, clean water, medical care, and even everyday necessities has become a daily struggle. Some have lost everything they’ve worked for, and yet they’re still holding on with faith and hope.

Watching from afar and feeling helpless has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced. I’m asking, from the bottom of my heart, for any support you can offer, whether through donations, prayers, or simply sharing this page. Every bit of help will go directly toward helping my family and others in the community rebuild their homes, restore their livelihoods, provide food, essential everyday necessities, and find their way back to peace after such unimaginable loss.
