Help Isaac Appel rebuild his life after a fire

In the middle of the night on Monday, May 16, a devastating electrical fire destroyed the Saratoga Springs, NY apartment of my dear family friend, Isaac Appel. He and his roommate fought through heavy smoke and escaped with moments to spare. Almost everything Isaac had was destroyed in the fire. Isaac is a hard-working professional cook in a well-regarded restaurant in Saratoga Springs but as someone just a year out of college, he has to essentially start over. He has to replace his belongings, find and furnish a new place to live, and recover from this terrible experience. Any help from his community would be hugely appreciated!
