Lindsay Wolbach Memorial

I am Lindsay’s cousin and with the blessing of Janet Wolbach, Sara Wolbach and Blake and Kristen Wolbach, I am starting this fundraiser to give everyone the opportunity to support and show love to Lindsay’s three children Maddy, Mayzee and Mason following the unexpected death of their mother.

 Lindsay was killed in a car accident while driving home from a 12 hour shift at work on Monday, July 8, 2019 .

Lindsay worked so hard as a single mother to provide for her children. Being a mother was what Lindsay lived for. She was in the process of raising three smart, loving, beautiful children. Her untimely death interrupted her plans.

Lindsay’s fear as a single mom was, “who will take care of my babies if something happens to me?” About a month before her death, Lindsay asked her brother Blake and his wife Kristen  to be the Guardians of her children if something ever happened to her and they agreed. No one ever could have expected  that commitment would be called upon so soon.

After the accident, Blake and Kristen have stepped up to this task with love and open arms, and I admire and love them both so much for it. They have 2 children of their own and will go from 2 to 5 children very suddenly. This transition  requires legal fees to secure guardianship, bigger house and all of the other associated cost of raising children.  

Any contribution, big or small will be appreciated. We also ask for prayer. Prayers for peace and for comfort for these young children and prayers for Blake and Kristen as they commit to picking up where Lindsay left off raising these precious kids.  Prayers for Janet and Sara as well.
