Trying to make it home.

My name is Matthew Hatfield. On August the 28th of last year I was injured in a assault that turned into a staph infection in my arm. I almost lost my arm and my life as a result.  The treatment to kill the infection damaged my kidneys. We are still working on that, but this has left me extremely weak. I have very little use of my arm and am having a very difficult time working. I live in Washington State. I am trying to raise enough money to make it home to be with my family in Indiana and have enough money to get by  until I can get back on my feet. I have a border collie that will be traveling with me. I plan on selling what possessions I have as well. Any help would be much appreciated.
