Anthony "Tony" Lopez passed away on February 15th, 2019.
My dad touched so many people's lives. Whether it was getting you backstage or promoting and managing you or your friend's band or simply just being a great friend, he would absolutely put one hundred percent of himself in everything that he did. He never gave up on anyone or anything.
My family and I never expected to have him leave us so soon. I never thought I'd be living without his hugs, his jokes, and his everyday calls. It is teaching us all a huge, huge lesson - to never take time with the people you love for granted. To cherish every single moment and memory.
Due to his unexpected passing, my family and I are left here on Earth planning to celebrate his life in the only way we know how; producing an event in his honor. We imagine music and food and a lot of people with great stories and a lot of love for TLO.
He was not just my Dad, he was my very best friend. He was one of my top reasons for living. He was the very best half of me. We were each other's biggest fans.
He will forever be in our Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame and we plan to celebrate the life of a true rockstar.
Any donations made will be used towards setting up this event and taking care of his family.
