Help me save my dogs life

Hi everyone, unfortunately I have to make this post because my life, my soul, my chihuahua, Wulfgang was taken from our yard in front of our eyes Saturday September 7th, 2019 by a coyote and was followed by three other coyotes that attacked him from all angles.

He was put in the vet hospital and was hospitalized for three days. He was bitten on his chest, both his arms, his shoulders the back of his neck and his spine/back incredibly deep. My husband chased down the coyotes but by that point he was already hurt to the extreme. He went under surgery that same night and was hospitalized until today Monday September 9th. He has four drains, over 30 staples and dozens of stitches and is in incredible pain. As a dog mom I can’t bare to see him like this and I feel so helpless knowing there isn’t much else I can do.

He needs to be hospitalized longer but we can’t afford it, so they sent him home.  we have maxed out every credit card, maxed out our Care Credit and have spent every cent of cash we have to keep him there as long as we could.

Because we don’t have the means to pay for more treatment they discharged him and there’s nothing more we can do financially and my husband and I are in the worst of situations we have ever been in. 

As he is home right now, he is still screaming in pain, the meds they gave us aren’t enough to keep him painless. He needs help, bad. And I am reaching out with this GoFundMe as a last resort. I do not want to lose my fur child. We don’t have kids as it is difficult for us and he is the only light of our life. If we do not get him to the hospital again, we could potentially cause more damage and lose him. 

I am asking for help. Any donation would help us get Wulfgang the care he needs. I am so desperate to save his life, I can’t get his screams and cries for help out of my head. He is the only bit of happiness in my life so I am so thankful he is still here with us. We just want him to be healthy and well.
